Zozo Pump Controller

Non-contact tank level sensing + relay control (Device Type ID: 6)

Back

Overview

A simple controller for a Zozo tank using non-contact liquid level sensors and an ESP8266 relay board. This page is informational only and does not display live data.

Description

Two control options are shown below: a single trip sensor configuration, and a dual sensor configuration (low/high) for better hysteresis and pump protection.

Tank Level Indicators (Demo)

Single Sensor Indicator

Demo mode
90%
Water Level: 0%
BELOW TRIP
Pump Status: OFF

Pump ON when below the trip level. Pump OFF when above the trip level.

Dual Sensor Indicator (Low / High)

Demo mode
20%
90%
Water Level: 0%
BELOW LOW
Pump Status: OFF
Move the slider to start the demo.

Starts below Low. Stops at High. Maintains pump state between Low and High.

Single Trip Sensor

One sensor at the “full enough” level (commonly 80% or 90%). The pump turns ON as soon as the water drops below that sensor, and turns OFF once the sensor is wet again.

Dual Sensors (Low/High)

Two sensors: low (20%) and high (90%). The pump starts when the level drops below 20% and stops when it reaches the top sensor.

Optional UV Purifier Relay

The second relay channel is used when adding a UV purifier. The pump relay remains the primary control.
